May Crowning was beautiful, with a number of our First communion students coming back to help crown our Blessed Mother. Santino climbed up to the top of the altar as the whole church held their breath.  He hit his head on the marble cornice, but was finally able to place the crown on her head.  Like any Mom, our Blessed Mother didn’t mind that the ribbon was covering the right side of her face.  The whole church clapped when our Lady was crowned, and Santino was safely back in the arms of his Dad. Charlotte Skyta placed the bouquet of flowers at the feet of Our Lady.  Here are some pictures which will warm your heart and bring a smile to your face.
